How it works:

Registered residents of the City of Hyattsville are given team assignments and a special SECRET team costume theme. We gather at a potluck then travel to our stops in teams. Stops are generously hosted by our neighbors and as the evening progresses teams begin to MASH and combine themes until we all gather for a closing party with music and dancing.
